Cosplee: Step into Another Story

At Cosplee, we ship our high-quality costumes and collectibles to fans all over the world. Because your order is dispatched from our Logistics Center in Wuhan, China, it may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

1. Responsibility for Duties & Taxes

For all international orders, the recipient (customer) is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or consumption taxes imposed by the destination country's laws.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. They are typically collected by the shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local postal service) on behalf of your local customs office before or upon delivery.

2. How Taxes are Calculated

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Whether or not a tax is charged depends on:

  • The total order value.
  • The type of goods (e.g., textiles, collectibles).
  • Your country's de minimis value (tax-free threshold).

We recommend contacting your local customs office for current information before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

3. Our Commitment to Smooth Clearance

To ensure your package clears customs as efficiently as possible:

  • Accurate Documentation: We provide detailed commercial invoices and accurate descriptions of all items in accordance with international shipping regulations.
  • Logistics Support: If your package is held at customs, we are happy to provide any additional shipping documentation you may need. Please contact us at services@cosplee.com for assistance.

Please Note: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay the import taxes, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
