Welcome to Cosplee. We are committed to delivering our high-quality costumes and collectibles to fans worldwide. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Global Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
All Cosplee products are meticulously crafted and dispatched from our Logistics Center in Wuhan, China. This allows us to offer the most extensive range of customized costumes and hand-painted figures directly from the heart of the manufacturing hub.
2. Order Processing & Production Time
Each item has a specific timeframe before it is handed to the courier:
- In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Custom-Tailored Costumes: These require professional craftsmanship. Production typically takes 10-20 business days.
- POD (Print-on-Demand) Products: Production typically takes 3-5 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We provide two main shipping tiers to the Americas and worldwide:

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Cosplee does not collect these fees in advance and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Delivery Guarantee & Overdue Orders
We take full responsibility for the safe delivery of your items. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window:
- Over 10 Days Delayed: You may request a 30% shipping fee reimbursement.
- Order Not Received (Lost in Transit): We will provide either a full refund or a free reshipment, depending on your preference.
6. Returns & Modifications
For custom-tailored products requiring modifications, customers are responsible for the shipping cost back to our China facility. Cosplee will cover the cost of re-shipping the modified item to you.
