Return & Refund Policy
At Cosplee, we want you to be thrilled with your new character gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
1. Return Conditions
- Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Item Condition: Items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
- Handling Fee: A 10% restocking/handling fee will be deducted from the refund for non-quality related returns.
- Exclusions: Earrings, lingerie, and personalized/final sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
2. Custom-Made Products (Special Policy)
Because custom-tailored costumes and personalized POD products are made to your unique specifications, they are not eligible for a full refund or return unless there is a significant manufacturing defect or shipping error.
- Modification Service: If a custom item doesn't fit perfectly, we offer free modification services.
- Shipping for Modifications: Customers are responsible for return shipping to our China facility. Cosplee will cover the shipping cost to send the modified item back to you.
3. Quality Issues & Sizing Errors
If we made a mistake, we will fix it. Please provide photographic evidence to services@cosplee.com if:
- Wrong Item/Color: We will provide a full refund or a free exchange.
- Sizing Discrepancy: If the finished garment differs from your ordered size by more than 1 inch, we will reimburse local tailoring costs (up to 100% of the product price) or offer a reshipment.
4. Return Shipping & Address
Except for quality issues, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Process
- Request Approval: Email us at services@cosplee.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credit: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that banks may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect the credit.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment: Full Refund.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipping: Partial refund (deducting material/labor costs for custom items).
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process.
