1. General Cancellation Policy
At Cosplee, we begin processing your orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Orders can be canceled for a full refund before the production or packaging process begins. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Product-Specific Timelines
Because many of our items are made-to-order or custom-tailored, cancellation fees apply based on the stage of production:
24 to 72 Hours After Payment Confirmation
Partial Refund: For made-to-order items, a 50% partial refund of the product price plus full shipping costs will be issued. This covers the initial material and labor costs already incurred.
After 72 Hours or Once Shipped
No Cancellation: Production is fully underway or the item has been dispatched. Only shipping costs can be refunded if the item has not yet left our facility. If shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

To ensure your request is processed before shipping, please follow these steps:

- Alternatively, log in to your account at www.cosplee.com and check if the "Request Cancellation" button is still active in your order history.
Note: Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect on your original payment method after approval.
